Job summary

EPS Malaysia invites applications for a Japanese-speaking IT System Engineer responsible for IT infrastructure and systems within a Japanese manufacturing environment. You will work closely with Japanese management and the Japan Headquarters to maintain operations and implement improvements.

The role offers ownership of IT operations, exposure to system administration, cybersecurity, and IT project work, with collaboration across internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/CS or related field.
• 2–5 years in system engineering, IT infrastructure, or IT support.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and Japanese ability may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain servers, networks, PCs, printers and other IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and ensure stable IT operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Provide technical support to internal users.
• Support system installation, configuration and upgrades.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and Japan HQ on projects.
