Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to operate IT infra areas with moderate risk/complexity.
• Integrates technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for the company and customers.
• Resolve most technical incidents independently within the defined area.
• Collaborate with team to resolve more complex incidents.
• Identify potential escalations and alert management proactively.
• Provide solutions to prevent problems within area of responsibility.
• Review, implement, and verify changes/solutions of moderate complexity and risk.
• Apply patch and security changes per policy and monitor for patch compliance.
• Ensure CMDB entries are complete and accurate.
• Design solutions to meet infra needs within area of responsibility.
• Provide improvement recommendations to the team.
• Participate in customer and internal projects, including transformation.
• Lead projects from own responsibility area.
• Balance internal needs with customer requirements within defined parameters.
