Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an entry-level IT Engineer who can communicate in Japanese for supporting Japanese clients across IT infrastructure and application services. Open to fresh graduates, with shift work in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, adherence to contract terms, and growth through DXC University and other development opportunities.

Qualifications

• JLPT certification (N1/N2/N3 or Level 1/2/3) or equivalent Japanese proficiency.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Fresh graduates welcome; willingness to work in shifts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT infrastructure expertise for servers, networks, and application infrastructure (e.g., SAP) to Japanese clients throughout deal lifecycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet contract terms and technical standards.
• Support transition, onboarding, and ongoing customer interactions in a Japanese-speaking environment.
