Job summary

DXC Technology in Malaysia seeks an IT Engineer with Japanese language skills to support IT infrastructure and application platforms for Japanese clients, following ITIL-aligned processes throughout the deal lifecycle and transition activities. Provides technical input, solutions, and recommendations to deal pursuit and engages in transition and transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field or equivalent work experience.

• JLPT certification or equivalent Japanese proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate a technology area (servers, networks) or a customer group with moderate risk/complexity.
• Resolve incidents independently and with team for complex issues.
• Provide input and recommendations to deal pursuit and project transitions.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure service delivery and quality.
• Apply ITIL-aligned processes for change, incident, and service management.
