Concentrix is hiring an Advisor I, Customer Service – Japanese. The role interfaces with customers via calls or online channels, delivering service and resolving routine problems related to the client’s products or services.

The candidate should have a high school diploma with some experience, be courteous, and possess strong communication and PC navigation skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, rotating shifts as needed and aiming to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multi-tasking; able to adapt to changes quickly.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or the Internet per client needs.
• Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify requirements; probe to understand and resolve with resources.
• Listen attentively and demonstrate empathy to build rapport.
• Greet customers courteously using agreed procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge and document work accurately.
• Participate in activities to improve satisfaction and performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services as appropriate.
• Track, document and retrieve information in the call tracking system.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to materials or senior staff.
