Job summary

KMS Automatic Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Technician to install and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks across the company. You'll provide timely support, set up user accounts, and drive continuous improvement in IT services.

You will work on multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux), ensure security and privacy compliance, document procedures, and keep repair records to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of pos system software and hardware experience.
• Ability to start work immediately.
• Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of computer systems (hardware/software) and networks.
• Experience with various operating systems and platforms (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and office automation products (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
• Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
• Excellent communication abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
