Job description

Provide enterprise-level assistance to our user. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help user to install applications and programs. Monitor and maintain the computer systems, Server, and networks of an organization. You will be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and applications problem.

Qualifications

• Post‑Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of network architecture and client/server technology.
• Experience in Firewall management.
• Knowledge of server and network security devices.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server 2012 and newer operating systems (patching, backup, monitoring).
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows clustering technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with SAN/NAS storage sub-systems.
• Experience in SQL database management (backup, recovery, maintenance).
• 2+ years of experience in network topology, security, and retail equipment.
• Good learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain IT hardware, infrastructure, and services.
• Oversee network, server, and workstation maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Monitor computer networks for security issues and breaches.
• Install security measures and software to protect systems.
• Work with security team to test and uncover network vulnerabilities.
• Fix vulnerabilities to maintain high-security standards.
• Develop company‑wide IT security best practices.
• Perform penetration testing and review diagnostics.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure solutions align with company direction.
• Administer disaster plans, manage network software upgrades, and provide technology updates to the executive team.
