Job summary

BR Convenience Store Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Support professional to join our team in Kuching, Malaysia. You will provide hardware, software, and network support and help maintain retail IT systems across outlets.

The ideal candidate has an IT degree, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and solid knowledge of Windows, networking, POS/CCTV systems, and retail software. Occasional outlet travel is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, computer science or related field.
• 1–2 years IT support experience in hardware, software and networking.
• Familiar with Windows, networking, basic server knowledge, and POS/CCTV systems.
• Experience with retail systems (POS, accounting software like Auto-count, SQL) is advantageous.
• Able to travel occasionally to outlets with allowance provided.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in IT support, computer hardware, software and networking or similar role
• Familiar with Windows systems, networking, basic server knowledge, and POS/CCTV systems
• Experience with retails system is advantage (POS, accounting software like Auto-count, SQL etc.)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to travel occasionally to outlets (with allowance provided)
