- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution on IT products and services.
- Install IT-related products including computer hardware, software, CCTV, and networking.
- Troubleshoot IT issues related to hardware, software, CCTV, and networking.
- Perform onsite service at clients' locations.
