Job summary

Activsolution Technologies (Miri) Sdn Bhd is seeking IT support personnel to assist clients with technical issues and product installation. The role involves hands-on onsite service across various IT hardware and networking products, with an emphasis on quick problem resolution and excellent customer communication.

Fresh IT graduates are welcome to apply, and candidates should be willing to travel and work extra hours when required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates in IT related courses are welcome to apply.
• Able to travel as required.
• Able to work extra hours independently and responsibly.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support and technical issue resolution on IT products and services.
• Install IT-related products including computer hardware, software, CCTV, and networking.
• Troubleshoot IT issues related to hardware, software, CCTV, and networking.
• Perform onsite service at clients' locations.
