Job summary

IT Simple System Solutions Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking a proactive IT support professional to provide software and technical support by phone, email, remote, and onsite. You will install, configure, upgrade, and migrate software and hardware, troubleshoot issues, and manage project coordination with customers and vendors.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in IT or related field, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and willingness to travel for onsite support.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
Experience in technical support, software implementation, or project coordination is advantageous.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Travel for onsite support and implementation; possess own transport.

Responsibilities

Provide software and technical support to customers by phone, email, remote support, and onsite.
Handle customer support calls and resolve issues where possible.
Install, configure, upgrade, maintain, and migrate software and hardware.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and system issues.
Manage and update support tickets and ensure issues are followed up until resolved.
Coordinate with customers, internal teams and vendors to complete implementation projects.
Prepare project schedules, checklists, and reports; monitor progress and updates.
