Job summary

IDMS Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking field service technicians to provide on-site IT support mainly around Kajang/Putrajaya. You will install on-site equipment, diagnose and resolve issues, and travel within Putrajaya, Kajang and Bangi as needed.

Fresh graduates welcome with training provided. Applicants should have a certificate in computer science or equivalent, strong communication in BM/English, and be able to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English.
• Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.
• Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.
• Knowledge of color digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and hardworking.

• Male Only (required for photocopy machine maintenance that is not suitable for female).

Responsibilities

• Provide on site IT support for our customers mainly at Kajang/Putrajaya area.
• Responsible for on site installation
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions.
• Our office located at Taman Kajang Sentral
• Job coverage area will be in Putrajaya/Kajang/Bangi. The successful candidates will be assigned according to their home address
