Job summary

CTC Global Sdn Bhd invites applications for an On-site Technical Support role in Penang. You will provide on-site support for desktop hardware, software, email, printers, and network issues in a Windows-based environment.

The position requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Engineering, 1–2 years’ experience, and willingness to travel. You will install, configure, and maintain systems, perform moves/adds/changes, and help ensure SLA compliance on-site in Malaysia.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication).
1–2 years’ experience in support, administration, maintenance, and configuration of Wintel desktop and network environments.
Proficient in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, antivirus software, PC hardware, networking equipment, and printers.
Willing to travel and possess own transport.

Responsibilities

On-site support for desktop hardware, desktop applications, email, printers, and network-related issues.
Installation, de-installation, configuration, and support of MS Windows OS and Windows applications.
Break/fix troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on-site.
Moves, adds, and changes for clients or projects.
Preventive maintenance to ensure system performance and prevent issues.
Escalation management when needed to ensure timely resolution.
Participation in project rollouts and installation of new systems and technologies.
Maintain SLA compliance by responding to service requests within required timeframes.
