CTC Global Sdn Bhd invites applications for an On-site Technical Support role in Penang. You will provide on-site support for desktop hardware, software, email, printers, and network issues in a Windows-based environment.

The position requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Engineering, 1–2 years’ experience, and willingness to travel. You will install, configure, and maintain systems, perform moves/adds/changes, and help ensure SLA compliance on-site in Malaysia.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication).
• 1–2 years’ experience in support, administration, maintenance, and configuration of Wintel desktop and network environments.
• Proficient in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, antivirus software, PC hardware, networking equipment, and printers.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.

Aufgaben

• On-site support for desktop hardware, desktop applications, email, printers, and network-related issues.
• Installation, de-installation, configuration, and support of MS Windows OS and Windows applications.
• Break/fix troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on-site.
• Moves, adds, and changes for clients or projects.
• Preventive maintenance to ensure system performance and prevent issues.
• Escalation management when needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Participation in project rollouts and installation of new systems and technologies.
• Maintain SLA compliance by responding to service requests within required timeframes.
