Job summary

MFTech Global (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to ensure reliable ICT operations, infrastructure management and project coordination across the company.

The role also acts as the ICT Centre of Excellence, supporting Tender & Contract activities and emerging technologies to drive business growth. The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and access issues, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and contribute to ongoing ICT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support and infrastructure experience.
• Experience with ICT tender, pre-sales or procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to and resolve internal ICT issues including networking, hardware and software.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot ICT equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with external IT providers, vendors and suppliers for support.
• Support ICT projects, tender submissions and Centre of Excellence activities.
• Maintain records of assets, incidents and maintenance.
