Job summary

Tech Innovasi Sdn Bhd in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a motivated IT Technical Support specialist to join our team. You will troubleshoot end-user IT issues, configure hardware and software, and provide on-site support as needed.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and internship candidates. Strong communication in English and Bahasa Melayu, plus basic Windows, TCP/IP, LAN/Wi‑Fi knowledge, are desirable and you will work with our local clients.

Qualifications

Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Internship/Industrial Training candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-user IT issues.
Troubleshoot PCs, notebooks, printers, peripherals, software and network connectivity.
Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers and IT peripherals.
Perform basic Windows OS installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP issues.
Respond promptly to support tickets, emails and phone calls.
Record, update and document incidents and troubleshooting activities in the ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant technical team.
Assist with PC/laptop deployment, user setup and equipment replacement.
Provide onsite technical support when required.
