Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an on-site IT support specialist to assist customers in the Kajang/Putrajaya area. You will handle on-site installation, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions from our Taman Kajang Sentral office.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with training provided. The candidate should communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English, be mature, and able to work with minimal supervision in a busy, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; full-time role.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for customers, mainly Kajang/Putrajaya area.

Responsibilities

• Provide on site IT support for our customers mainly at Kajang/Putrajaya area.


• Responsible for on site installation


• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate in Computer Science or equivalent.


• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English.


• Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.


• Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.


• Knowledge of color digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.


• At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.
