Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Technician Copier to maintain, service, and repair photocopier machines (Sharp / Fuji Xerox) at client sites. You will attend daily service calls and perform preventive maintenance. A valid car license and basic IT knowledge are required; networking knowledge is a plus. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

The role operates Monday to Friday with Saturday half-day and Sunday off, offering RM1,800 basic salary plus EPF, SOCSO, and overtime pay.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working experience in related field is required for this IT Technician Copier position.
• Optional - Knowledge on IT NETWORKING for Copier Machine will be an added advantage.
• Candidates must have Car License
• Candidates must have at least Basic IT/Computer knowledge
• Candidates with experienced or non-experienced are welcome

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, trouble-shoot, and repair photocopier machines – Sharp / Fuji Xerox.
• Attend daily customer service calls at Client's office.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance and inspections for customers.
• Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
