Job summary

OPTIMUS SALES SDN. BHD. is seeking a service technician to repair, service, and diagnose photocopy machines at client sites in Selangor. You will perform preventive maintenance, routine checks, and install machines while delivering toner and taking meter readings.

Candidates with engineering/IT background are welcome; own motorcycle transport is required. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English is expected, with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Familiar with copier brands like Canon, Ricoh and Fuji Xerox.
• Engineering / IT with or without experience are welcome.
• Possess own transport (Motorcycle).
• Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Strong technical skill, committed and responsible person.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Repair, service, maintain and diagnose photocopy machines.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine check-ups.
• Attend daily customer service calls at clients' offices.
• Install machines, deliver toner and take photocopy meter readings.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Responsible for repair, service, maintain and diagnose of photocopy machine.

Conduct preventive maintenance and routine check-up for customer's machines.

Attend daily customer service calls at clients' office.

Install machine, delivery toner and take photocopy meter reading.

Perform any other duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
