Job summary

ATP Sales & Services Sdn Bhd, Johor Bahru, is hiring a technician to install, service and maintain large format plotters and multi-function printers. You will train customers, complete service reports, and perform routine maintenance on diverse industrial equipment.

Ideal candidates have IT-related education, strong technical and problem-solving skills, and can work independently or in a team while adhering to safety standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain large format plotters and multifunction printers.
• Provide equipment training to customers.

• Repair and service to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Installation, servicing and maintenance of large format plotter & multi-function printer.
• Conduct equipment training to customers.
• Feedback & complete technical service report
• Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions
• Performing repairs and servicing to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Maintaining detailed records of all work completed
• Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Possess Own Transport & willing to travel for work
• Preferably with Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in IT background with experience in related field
• Being able to response to urgency on time and complete task to tight deadlines
• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on skills in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment
