Job summary

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining Windows OS, enterprise software, and AD/Microsoft 365 user accounts, with a focus on security compliance. Strong networking basics and 2–3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in CS/IT.
• 2–3 years of IT desktop support experience.
• Solid PC hardware, Windows OS, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Hands-on experience in AD user administration.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals/Associate.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktop hardware, laptops, monitors, peripherals, and software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and meet SLAs.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows OS and standard enterprise software.
• Manage AD and Microsoft 365 user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and permissions.
• Enforce IT compliance and security policies across endpoints.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting; escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Install and maintain printers, AV/conferencing systems, and network peripherals.
• Maintain accurate IT asset and software license records.
