Job summary

CTC Global Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an On-site Technical Support specialist to provide on-site hardware, software, and network support for desktop environments.

Responsibilities include installation and configuration of Windows OS and applications, break/fix troubleshooting, moves/adds/changes, preventive maintenance, escalation management, and participation in project rollouts. Travel with own transport is required; 12-month contract position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT is required.
• Minimum 1 year IT support experience.
• Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus and desktop applications.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime or weekends.
• Own transport required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for desktop hardware, software, email, printers, and network issues.
• Install, de-install, configure Windows OS and related applications.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and break/fix for hardware and software.
• Execute moves, adds and changes as required.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and escalation management.
• Participate in project rollouts and installations.
