Job summary

SNT Global Logistics Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Executive to provide frontline IT support across offices and warehouse facilities, maintaining hardware, software, and network services to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will install and configure PCs and software, support Microsoft 365, manage user accounts, and troubleshoot connectivity, with a focus on service quality and independent collaboration across locations. Experience with warehouse systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant IT technical support experience
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows, LAN/WAN, and basic IT security
• Experience supporting warehouse systems and equipment is an advantage
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and provide support across different company locations

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems
• Provide support for email, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and access permissions
• Maintain and troubleshoot network connections, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity
• Monitor system performance and ensure IT equipment operates efficiently
• Perform regular system updates, preventive maintenance, and basic data backup
• Provide technical support for warehouse equipment, including barcode scanners, label printers, handheld devices, and workstations
• Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment, software licences, and assigned devices
• Maintain records of IT incidents, support requests, and troubleshooting activities
