Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT support candidate to assist the IT team in Selangor with maintaining hardware, software and related systems. The role involves troubleshooting, supporting SOP maintenance, and liaising with suppliers for software/hardware services, plus assisting asset and documentation tasks.

The position covers helpdesk tasks, administrative duties, and potential involvement in purchasing activities, with guidance from a supervisor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software and other systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
• Assist and maintain IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Assist to negotiate contact with supplier/manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services.
• Assist Compiled and upload hardware and software systems, assets, policies, procedure, and solution document.
• Assist and communicate that would be involved to implement the idea, such as purchasing software or hardware.
• Assist Admin work such as attendance system, maintenance work issue.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
