Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Systems & Security professional to manage daily IT operations, provide user support, and keep our hardware, software, and network running smoothly.

The role involves maintaining IT systems, ensuring data backups, and coordinating with external vendors while supporting manufacturing projects and office needs. Strong problem-solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or IS as stated.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, Windows OS, and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
• Experience coordinating with external IT vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and network devices.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and email accounts.
• Administer and maintain IT systems, servers, and networks.
• Ensure regular data backups and assist in data recovery when needed.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and warranties; coordinate with vendors.
