Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users (hardware and software issues).
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Support network and system maintenance tasks.
• Help monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Assist with user account setup, access control, and password management.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and logs.
• Support IT team in system upgrades, patching, and backups.
• Respond to service requests and escalat issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security procedures.
