Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Support staff to respond promptly to IT requests, perform remote and on-site troubleshooting for hardware, software, CCTV and network issues, and support internal systems and shipping platforms.

You will coordinate with HQ IT, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and upgrades, monitor network stability, assist with data backup and cybersecurity, and handle account setups for staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 will be an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving, responsible, patient, and service-oriented.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with internal users and vendors.
• Willing to learn company systems and support system enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to IT support requests and perform remote and on-site troubleshooting for hardware, software, CCTV and network issues.
• Support company internal systems and shipping-related platforms.
• Coordinate with HQ IT team, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and upgrades.
• Monitor network stability, internet connection and server access and overall system performance.
• Assist in data backup, cybersecurity measures, antivirus updates and IT compliance.
