Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a first-level IT support assistant in Kuala Lumpur to help end users with hardware, software, and account issues. You will assist with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and IT asset management, and support daily IT operations as part of a growing team.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a related diploma or degree and possess basic troubleshooting skills, with a willingness to learn and escalate complex problems to the IT department.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, Windows/macOS, and Microsoft Office.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, account, and access/permission issues.
• Assist employees with computer hardware and software issues, including Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and common applications.
• Assist with IT asset management, including equipment registration, distribution, tracking, and collection.
• Assist with basic network and system troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the IT team.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and other IT-related tasks as assigned.
