Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT support professional in Kuala Lumpur to install, configure, deploy, and support laptops, desktops, OS, applications, and hardware. You will maintain IT infrastructure and provide daily support to internal users via face-to-face, remote access, phone, and email.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting systems, networks, hardware, and software; preparing computers for new employees; managing user accounts; and coordinating with vendors for warranty and onsite

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience documenting standard operating procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy, and support laptops, desktops, OS, applications, and hardware.
• Maintain and manage IT infrastructure.
• Provide daily IT support to internal users via face-to-face, remote, phone, and email.
• Troubleshoot issues related to systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Prepare computers and conduct IT orientation for new employees.
• Replace hardware components to resolve issues.
• Manage user accounts including creation, modification, deletion, and password problems.
• Maintain inventory records of hardware and software.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty, parts, onsite support, and issue resolution.
• Prepare outdated computers for secure disposal with data erasure.
• Assist with other IT-related tasks as assigned.
• Provide technical support for General Meetings including registration, voting, and platform coordination.
• Support share registrar systems and troubleshoot during meetings.
