Job summary

Redtone is seeking an IT support specialist in Puchong, Selangor to install, configure and maintain computer systems across head office and branches. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues and guide colleagues through problem-solving steps while supporting new solutions or applications.

The role requires a diploma or degree in IT/CS, strong communication skills, and willingness to work on-site in Puchong. Programming experience is a plus and you may be assigned ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain solutions clearly.
• Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
• Programming experience is a plus.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software and computer systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software or hardware issues.
• Walk colleagues through steps to resolve technical problems.
• Support implementation of new solutions or applications.
• Provide end-user support at Head Office and branches.
• System administration implementation and operation of mission critical hardware and system software.
• Handling new employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide end user support on daily IT operational.
• Ensure and support end-user device is working fine e.g inspect and repair laptop.
