Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic IT support specialist to provide day-to-day end-user assistance in Shah Alam. You will troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, networks and software issues while supporting Microsoft 365, email, and user account administration.

Assist with hardware/software installation and configuration and support IT infrastructure, networks, and business applications. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with opportunities to grow in a hands-on IT team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply with strong technical knowledge.
• Experience in IT support/helpdesk/technical support is preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot laptop, desktop, printer, network and software-related issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, email and user account administration.
• Assist with hardware/software installation and configuration.
• Support network, Wi-Fi and other IT infrastructure.
• Assist with HIS and other business application support.
• Manage IT assets, inventory and equipment handover.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical issues and support.
• Attend to IT incidents and service requests.
• Provide onsite support and assist with IT projects when required.
