Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver first-level hardware and software help for end-users across the site. You will troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and network connectivity, and install, configure and maintain PCs, printers, and software.

Responsibilities include user administration, infrastructure support, asset management, documentation, IT security and compliance, project support, and after-hours assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of IT support, infrastructure or system administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking and hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level end-user IT support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot OS, applications and network connectivity problems.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, printers and software applications.
