Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Support & Helpdesk professional to provide daily IT assistance, troubleshoot hardware/software, and support network and CCTV systems. The role covers desktops, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and asset management, with exposure to server/NAS environments.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with multilingual communication across Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. The candidate should have a IT degree or diploma, basic networking knowledge, and good problem-solving

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, System Support, or Network Support is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Firewall, CCTV/Door Access, Server/NAS, IT Asset Management is a plus.
• Able to troubleshoot independently with minimal supervision.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner and willing to learn new technologies.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Manufacturing environment experience is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop PCs, Windows OS, and Office applications.
• Provide technical support for printers, scanners, and IT peripherals.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 and email issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WiFi, Internet connectivity, and network devices.
• Assist in maintaining company servers and NAS systems.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when needed.
• Monitor CCTV and Door Access Control systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage IT assets and inventory records.
• Perform routine IT maintenance and improve IT infrastructure.
• Handle general IT operations and documentation.
