Job summary

Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology – Penang is seeking an IT Support specialist to install, configure, and maintain computer systems, troubleshoot hardware and software, and resolve basic network issues.

You will set up AV equipment, maintain SOPs, and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operations. A recognised Bachelor's degree in CS/IT and 1–2 years of IT experience are preferred.
