AI Geek Solutions Sdn Bhd in Sabah is seeking an IT Support professional to join our team. In this full-time role you will deliver frontline user support and help maintain our clients' computer systems and networks.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' IT support experience, strong Windows/macOS skills, basic networking knowledge, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. You will work with a collaborative IT department and have opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS desktop operating systems.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline/second-line IT support via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Create, disable, and manage user accounts in Active Directory; reset passwords.
• Onboard new hires with setup and orientations.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base.
