Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for cloud and infrastructure technologies. This role is ideal for building a strong foundation in enterprise IT support, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity solutions.

Location in KL Sentral, working hours 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri. This position is open for Mandarin speakers to serve Asia region. You will solve complex problems, support ITIL processes, and escalate where needed.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Azure Cloud and Windows Server OS versions (Server 2008/R2 to 2019).
• Basic working knowledge of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP networking.
• Cloud protection tools: Azure Log Analytics and Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM).
• Purview/Compliance basics including AIP, DLP and Purview compliance.
• Exchange Online and MDO / Defender for Office 365 familiarity.
• Fluent in Chinese and English to support Asia region.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• Handle enterprise customer scenarios with problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Assist in ITIL/Service Management processes and incident handling.
• Deliver presentations and discuss solutions at a high level.
• Manage and resolve critical customer issues in challenging situations.

Job Description:

This position is only open for Mandarin Speaker.

• Possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting. You will also need to be able to examine possible workarounds and escalations as required.
• Experience in the enterprise customer arena
• Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management

• Demonstrate effective balance between business and technical acumen

Mandatory Skillset:

• Understanding of Azure Cloud as well as Windows Server OS (Server 2008/R2, Server 2012/R2, Server 2016, Server 2019).
• Basic Working Knowledge on DNS , DHCP and basic TCP/IP communication.
• Cloud protection: Basic knowledge on Azure Log Analytics, Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM) & Identity & Cloud Apps.
• Compliance/Purview: Basic knowledge with Azure Information Protection (AIP), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), DSPM for Copilot, Retention Policy, Purview & Compliance.
• Basic knowledge on Exchange Online, Messaging Protection, Email Security, Email Authentication & Defender for Office 365 (MDO).
• Fluent in Chinese & English due to serving Asia region.

Working arrangement: 9am - 6pm, Mon-Fri (PH work with Replacement Leave given)
