Job summary

Infomina in Malaysia is seeking an IT Support Specialist on a contract basis to help users via phone, email, or ticketing system, and to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

You will assist with OS installation and configuration (Windows/macOS), guide users on software usage, and work with senior engineers on deployments and migrations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to user requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot issues related to servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist with OS installation and configuration (Windows/macOS).
• Provide guidance on software usage and basic IT policies.
• Perform routine checks on hardware and software.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
• Work closely with senior engineers and IT teams on projects.
• Participate in deployments and migrations as needed.
