Job summary

Genting Malaysia is seeking a capable IT Support professional to provide end-user assistance across PC hardware and software, deploy software packages, and manage licenses. You will participate in IT projects, document processes, and strive for continuous improvement while ensuring SLAs are met.

The role is based at Resorts World Genting, Pahang, with fresh graduates welcome and full training provided. Ideal candidates hold a Computer Science/IT degree or a Diploma with relevant experience and

Qualifications

Onsite work experience with workstations, hardware and software issues.
Strong troubleshooting across hardware and software components.
Good written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for IT-related issues including setup and maintenance of PC hardware and software.
Create and deploy software packages using WSUS and maintain antivirus activity.
Perform small to medium scale IT project management and implementation.
Participate in process documentation and enforcement of policies and procedures.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement to reduce hours of onsite support.
Monitor and ensure service level agreements (SLA) are met.
Manage software licenses and track records without delay.
Plan to reduce waste of IT hardware to align with Go Green procedures.
