Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT security and infrastructure professional to manage network, data, and user security while coordinating disposal of obsolete equipment in line with company policies.

You will support setup and maintenance of dedicated network lines, oversee daily IT operations including PCs, networks, and CCTV, and provide timely technical support to internal users. Strong AD, network, and hardware skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Windows Active Directory administration and maintenance.
• Proficient in network devices, PC desktop support, and hardware maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, routing devices, and CCTV systems.

• Experience supporting manufacturing or factory environments is an advantage.
