Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and security services across the organization. The role includes onboarding/offboarding users, managing email systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations to support daily business activities.

The ideal candidate has at least a diploma or bachelor’s in IT with hands-on experience, plus a minimum of one year in ICT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma with hands-on experience in computer systems, networking and general IT support.
• Working experience with at least one (1) year in ICT Operations is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer systems, servers, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts (Onboarding and Offboarding), email systems, and access permissions.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and security systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, maintenance, and support services.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, including antivirus, endpoint protection, and security awareness.
• Assist in implementing IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
• Prepare IT documentation, reports, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
