Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Systems & Security professional to manage daily IT operations, provide user support, and keep our hardware, software, and network running smoothly.
The role involves maintaining IT systems, ensuring data backups, and coordinating with external vendors while supporting manufacturing projects and office needs. Strong problem-solving and communication are essential.

Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, access rights, email accounts, and other IT-related services.
Administer and maintain the Company's IT systems, software applications, servers, and network infrastructure.
Ensure regular backup of important company data and assist in data recovery when required.
Implement and maintain basic IT security measures, including antivirus, access control, password management, and system updates.
Maintain an updated record of IT assets, equipment, software licences, and warranties.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for maintenance, troubleshooting, and IT-related services.
Evaluate IT equipment, software, and service requirements and provide recommendations to Management.
Provide IT support for company projects, new system implementation, and office/factory expansion.
Perform any other IT-related duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:-
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, Windows operating systems, and basic IT troubleshooting.
Familiar with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.
Experience in coordinating with external IT vendors and service providers.
Good problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and provide timely support to users.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Candidates with experience supporting factory/manufacturing operations will have an added advantage.
