Job summary

Flex is seeking an Analyst, IT Operations to join our team in Malaysia, Kulai. You will be in-charge of running operational processes to ensure IT services, systems and infrastructure meet business needs, including monitoring incidents and coordinating resolution with stakeholders.

You will proactively monitor availability, capacity and performance of Hybrid Cloud IT infra, participate in patch management, business continuity and disaster recovery testing, and automate manual IT Ops where

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ideally 3–5 years of related experience.
Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes and interdependencies.
Project management capabilities.
Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Prepare Standard Operating Procedures for day-to-day maintenance of applications and underlying systems.
Proactive monitoring of enterprise systems to ensure adequate sizing for dynamic requirements.
Ensure backup and retention policies to minimize data loss.
Establish clear communication channels with customers, peers and cross-functional teams.
Propose system enhancements (software/hardware) to improve performance and reliability.
Manage budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
