Job summary

CTOS Data Systems is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer in Malaysia to support day-to-day cloud and on-premise infrastructure. The role focuses on reliability, security, and automation across AWS environments, with emphasis on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.

The incumbent will work within a regulated financial context, contribute to IaC using Terraform and CloudFormation, and participate in 24x7 production support and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Cloud certifications (AWS SysOps/SA, AlibabaCloud) are a plus.
• Infra certifications (backup, DR, Windows Server, Linux) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and maintenance of cloud and infrastructure services.
• Manage AWS workloads, ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement monitoring with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
• Assist in backup, recovery, and DR in AWS.
• Maintain runbooks and documentation; support incident response.
• Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners.
