EDV Werke in Kuala Lumpur seeks an IT Business Analyst (Cloud Solutions) to bridge business needs with cloud-native tech. The role is hybrid in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with a mix of workshops, documentation, and collaboration across international teams.

You will elicit requirements, optimize processes, manage backlogs, and validate solutions through UAT, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards. Solid cloud and Agile experience is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms and cloud-native environments.
Experience in Platform Engineering or DevSecOps for cloud solutions.
Strong requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Experience with Agile methodologies in cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Analyze processes, identify improvements, and support automation & digital transformation.
Create process flows, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage product backlogs, epics, features, and user stories; support releases.
Document cloud-native requirements for applications, microservices, REST APIs.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Coordinate UAT, assist defect triage, validate delivered solutions.
