Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Johor, Malaysia seeks an Analyst, IT Operations to ensure IT services and infrastructure meet business needs. You will monitor Hybrid Cloud IT infrastructure, respond to incidents, and participate in patch management, BCP, and DR testing.

The role involves automating IT operations and collaborating across teams to maintain service levels. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related IT experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong project management

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training.
• Typically 3–5 years of related IT operations experience.
• Knowledge of multiple technologies and interdependencies at the site.
• Project management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard operating procedures for day-to-day maintenance.
• Proactively monitor enterprise systems for capacity and performance.
• Participate in patch management, BCP, and DR planning/testing.
• Automate manual IT operations where possible.
• Define SLAs, conduct system tests, and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot system problems and communicate resolutions.
