Job summary

The Access Group is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to monitor and support its global hosted SaaS platforms from the Kuala Lumpur TOC. You will ensure uptime, security, and cost efficiency while coordinating with local and global teams.

Responsibilities include deployment of hyperscale infrastructure, performance tuning, capacity planning, and AD/Citrix administration. The role requires on-site office work with rotating shifts and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in IT with interest in hyperscale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 monitoring and intervention to maintain high availability of global hosted estate.
• Deployment and configuration of hyperscale infrastructure, in collaboration with Architecture and internal/external teams.
