The successful candidate will translate requirements into functional specs, collaborate with developers, and drive system improvements while supporting customer applications and internal IT projects.

Qualifications

• Functional knowledge or education background in systems/industrial engineering, computer science, programming, or related fields.
• 3–4 years experience in manufacturing is preferable.
• Experience with computerized databases, supply chain management, and process guidelines.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow up closures and complete assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Determine required system improvements and supervise their implementation to meet customer requirements.
• Support customers' applications and analyze new requirements.
• Write functional and technical specifications for developers.
• Analyze system data, workflow, and interfaces; document requirements for data and hardware environments.
• Assess feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility with other systems.
• Verify newly developed processes and develop impromptu reports on user requests.
• Work on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of factors.
• Contribute to HR strategies to recruit and retain qualified staff.
