Job summary

Rubberflex Sdn Bhd is seeking a Hybrid Full Stack Developer & Business Analyst to support digitalisation and continuous improvement across manufacturing and operations. You will work across departments to understand processes, design and implement practical systems, dashboards and automation solutions, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in full stack development, business systems, business analysis or operational analytics.
Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
Experience developing modern web applications and working with APIs/system integrations.
Experience with Git or other version-control systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand complex operational processes and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Able to manage assignments from requirement gathering through development and implementation.

Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of Rubberflex's manufacturing process and operational workflow.
Analyse manufacturing performance including production output, efficiency, speed, yield, quality, downtime, wastage and material consumption.
Translate business requirements into system requirements, workflows and functional specifications.
Design, develop and maintain internal business and manufacturing applications.
Develop SQL queries to extract and analyse operational and financial data.
Lead digital transformation initiatives and automation across departments.
