Salary : RM 2,800 – RM 3,500 (Basic) + RM 200 Transportation Allowance
Location : PJ Trade Centre, Damansara Perdana
Working Hours : 9.00am – 6.00pm (Monday - Friday) **Follow Singapore's working calander
Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Helpdesk (System Administrator) to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of systems, networks, and end-user devices. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach to IT support.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents through remote and on-site support.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
- Monitor and maintain servers, network devices, backups, and IT infrastructure.
- Perform system updates, patch management, and routine maintenance activities.
- Install, configure, and support PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Record, track, and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and support security compliance requirements.
- Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
