Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with opportunities to gain hands-on experience and develop technical skills!

Key responsibilities include first-level application support, troubleshooting, creating user manuals and training end-users, with collaboration with development teams for bug reporting and feature enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies to diagnose and resolve issues.
Experience in application testing such as UAT or functional testing is a plus.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for interactions with clients.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level application support including troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues reported by users.
Monitor and manage support tickets through the incident management system and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate with development teams to report bugs, suggest enhancements and support testing.
Conduct end-user training on new features to ensure effective usage.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance support services.
