Job summary

Career International FOS Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Executive in Malaysia to manage and maintain subsidiary modules within internal business systems including OA, ERP, MES, PDA, and consumption systems. The role covers testing, training, and resolving issues while researching new system requirements and training staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining office IT equipment, servers in the data center, video conferencing devices, and daily IT troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Technically competent with good analytical skills, goal oriented, proactive and independent with strong time management.

• Manage and maintain subsidiary modules within the company's internal business systems, including OA, ERP, MES, PDA, and consumption systems.
• Conduct testing, training, issue reporting, and resolution of internal business systems.
• Research new business system requirements, system implementation, and training.
• Maintain company office terminals, IT equipment, surveillance devices, and office networks.
• Maintain and inspect the status of business system servers in the company's data center.
• Maintain company video conferencing equipment and telecommunication devices (excluding carrier-managed parts).
• Perform daily troubleshooting and maintenance within the company.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

At least 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment & Able to work overtime when needed

Technically competent with good analytical skills, result oriented, proactive, resourceful with a high degree of independence and perseverance

Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, excellent time management, priorities and organizational skills to work on multi-tasks with high sense of urgency and tight deadlines

Strong learning ability and adaptability
